Fluorine-free water-repellent finishing routes for textile applications, supported by application-oriented auxiliaries and controlled product documentation.
01 / Material systems
Start with the substrate, process, functional target and required evidence. DEZEO connects the project to the appropriate chemistry, textile system or development route.
One platform, distinct roles
Brand, chemistry and application routes are separated clearly so users can understand what each system does, where it fits and what must be validated before adoption.
Fluorine-free water-repellent finishing routes for textile applications, supported by application-oriented auxiliaries and controlled product documentation.
Windproof, breathable and comfort-oriented textile material systems developed for performance apparel and demanding outdoor use.
A high-stretch windproof and breathable product series within QOMO-TEX, positioned for movement, protection and wearing comfort.
Polyurethane coating and performance polymer materials presented and sold through the DEZEO commercial and technical system.
Project routes combining water repellency with additional targets such as freshness or ultraviolet protection, released only after compatibility and evidence review.
C6 water-repellent products managed as a distinct line. DEDRY is not fluorine-free and is not associated with the Jiaxing Haiyan fluorine-free base.
Oil- and water-resistance development for selected paper and packaging projects. This remains a secondary application field within the broader DEZEO platform.
DEZEO Polyurethane Materials / G11 product architecture
The public portfolio is organized by end use and layer function. Grade-specific solids, viscosity, handling and safety data remain in the current controlled TDS and SDS.
DEZEO W-896BA hydrophilic nonporous base-layer candidate for waterproof-breathable apparel, oriented toward RET and upright-cup moisture-vapor testing, high wash durability, a soft and full hand, and low-temperature flexibility. Confirm laundering delamination and resistance to white fold marks in the actual construction.
DEZEO W-897BA parallel direct-coating base-layer candidate oriented toward high moisture-vapor transmission, high wash durability and resistance to white fold marks, while maintaining a soft, full hand and low-temperature flexibility. W-896B and W-897B are parallel candidates, not performance tiers.
DEZEO W-280TA one-component hydrophilic nonporous topcoat for breathable, soft and matte coating structures, with seam-tape compatibility assessed together with the selected base layer and auxiliaries.
DEZEO T-7771BA 1.5-component direct-coating base resin that may be used alone or in a basecoat blend. It is positioned as a soft, dense, non-breathable and low-swelling continuous barrier layer for high hydrostatic-pressure shelter structures.
DEZEO T-7130TA one-component nonporous, non-breathable topcoat resin for direct coating, oriented toward film formation, scratch resistance, matte appearance and hydrolysis resistance. Final hydrostatic-pressure performance belongs to the complete coated construction, not the topcoat alone.
DEZEO B-6150TA direct-coating top layer oriented toward a rubber-like hand, matte appearance, heat response, color development, flow and heat-seal process compatibility.
DEZEO B-6230TA one-component, medium-hard matte topcoat oriented toward rebound, abrasion and scratch resistance, rubber-like hand, heat response, color development, flow and heat-seal process compatibility.
DEZEO L-2540A self-crosslinking waterborne flexible bonding or film-forming layer oriented toward adhesion, fastness and a soft, full, resilient hand. APEO- and NPEO-related documentation is supplied only through the current controlled compliance file.
DEZEO F-9216BAn aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion for microfiber impregnation and downstream dyeing compatibility, oriented toward a soft, full and resilient hand together with aging and hydrolysis-resistance requirements.
Public descriptions define product role and selection logic. Current specifications, process guidance, safety information and release status are controlled by grade, market, language and document version.
Application navigation
Each route links material role, process conditions and the evidence needed before a performance statement is released.
Water repellency, waterproof-breathable coating, wind protection, stretch and comfort.
Hydrostatic pressure, film integrity, fold durability, adhesion and weathering routes.
Surface feel, matte appearance, scratch resistance, abrasion and thermal-process fit.
Application-led finishing and coating routes matched to substrate and use conditions.
Selected oil- and water-resistance projects evaluated against paper structure and converting process.
Selection logic
The same functional headline can require different chemistry and process decisions. Four inputs help narrow the route before sampling begins.
Evidence before promotion
DEZEO separates platform positioning from product-specific proof. Public descriptions do not replace a current technical document or project validation.
TDS, SDS and compliance information are supplied by product grade, region, language and document version.
Performance depends on substrate, formulation and process. Test data must match the intended use and method.
Development directions and combined functions are promoted only when the applicable evidence is ready for review.
Prepare a useful inquiry
A fabric swatch and a clear process description usually reveal more than a generic request for a high-performance product.
Composition, construction, weight, color and relevant pre-treatment.
Application route, dosage range, drying and curing window, equipment limits.
Functional priority, test method, target result and existing reference sample.
Destination market, brand requirements and documents needed for evaluation.
Technical inquiry
Share the substrate, process, target and evidence requirements. The DEZEO team will identify the relevant system and the next practical validation step.
