01 / Material systems

Performance material
systems.

Start with the substrate, process, functional target and required evidence. DEZEO connects the project to the appropriate chemistry, textile system or development route.

DEZEO / 2026

One platform, distinct roles

Find the right system.

Brand, chemistry and application routes are separated clearly so users can understand what each system does, where it fits and what must be validated before adoption.

DEZEO Polyurethane Materials / G11 product architecture

Five series.
Nine material roles.

The public portfolio is organized by end use and layer function. Grade-specific solids, viscosity, handling and safety data remain in the current controlled TDS and SDS.

WWaterproof-breathable apparel coatingsValidate hydrostatic pressure, MVTR or RET, washing durability, whitening, seam tape compatibility and hand feel.
DEZEO W-896B

Hydrophilic nonporous breathable base layer A

A hydrophilic nonporous base-layer candidate for waterproof-breathable apparel, oriented toward RET and upright-cup moisture-vapor testing, high wash durability, a soft and full hand, and low-temperature flexibility. Confirm laundering delamination and resistance to white fold marks in the actual construction.

DEZEO W-897B

Hydrophilic nonporous breathable base layer B

A parallel direct-coating base-layer candidate oriented toward high moisture-vapor transmission, high wash durability and resistance to white fold marks, while maintaining a soft, full hand and low-temperature flexibility. W-896B and W-897B are parallel candidates, not performance tiers.

DEZEO W-280T

Breathable protective topcoat

A one-component hydrophilic nonporous topcoat for breathable, soft and matte coating structures, with seam-tape compatibility assessed together with the selected base layer and auxiliaries.

TTent, awning and tarpaulin coatingsValidate hydrostatic pressure, film integrity, adhesion, folding, scratch resistance and hydrolysis resistance.
DEZEO T-7771B

Soft dense base layer

A 1.5-component direct-coating base resin that may be used alone or in a basecoat blend. It is positioned as a soft, dense, non-breathable and low-swelling continuous barrier layer for high hydrostatic-pressure shelter structures.

DEZEO T-7130T

Film-forming protective topcoat

A one-component nonporous, non-breathable topcoat resin for direct coating, oriented toward film formation, scratch resistance, matte appearance and hydrolysis resistance. Final hydrostatic-pressure performance belongs to the complete coated construction, not the topcoat alone.

BBag and outdoor-equipment surface coatingsValidate appearance, tactile feel, abrasion, scratch resistance, rebound, heat response and heat-seal compatibility.
DEZEO B-6150T

Rubber-touch matte topcoat

A direct-coating top layer oriented toward a rubber-like hand, matte appearance, heat response, color development, flow and heat-seal process compatibility.

DEZEO B-6230T

Medium-hard scratch-resistant topcoat

A one-component, medium-hard matte topcoat oriented toward rebound, abrasion and scratch resistance, rubber-like hand, heat response, color development, flow and heat-seal process compatibility.

LFlexible lamination and bondingValidate bonding strength, formulation stability, film formation, flexibility and durability.
DEZEO L-2540

Waterborne flexible bonding layer

A self-crosslinking waterborne flexible bonding or film-forming layer oriented toward adhesion, fastness and a soft, full, resilient hand. APEO- and NPEO-related documentation is supplied only through the current controlled compliance file.

FMicrofiber substrate impregnationValidate impregnation distribution and add-on, hand feel, dyeing response, aging and hydrolysis resistance.
DEZEO F-9216B

Waterborne microfiber impregnation resin

An aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion for microfiber impregnation and downstream dyeing compatibility, oriented toward a soft, full and resilient hand together with aging and hydrolysis-resistance requirements.

Public descriptions define product role and selection logic. Current specifications, process guidance, safety information and release status are controlled by grade, market, language and document version.

Application navigation

Start with the end use.

Each route links material role, process conditions and the evidence needed before a performance statement is released.

01 / APPAREL

Outdoor & performance apparel

Water repellency, waterproof-breathable coating, wind protection, stretch and comfort.

02 / SHELTER

Tents, awnings & tarpaulins

Hydrostatic pressure, film integrity, fold durability, adhesion and weathering routes.

03 / EQUIPMENT

Bags & outdoor equipment

Surface feel, matte appearance, scratch resistance, abrasion and thermal-process fit.

04 / TEXTILES

Home textiles & nonwovens

Application-led finishing and coating routes matched to substrate and use conditions.

05 / SELECTED FIELD

Paper & packaging

Selected oil- and water-resistance projects evaluated against paper structure and converting process.

Selection logic

Choose by the project, not the label.

The same functional headline can require different chemistry and process decisions. Four inputs help narrow the route before sampling begins.

01 / Substrate Fiber composition, construction, coating or membrane structure, shade and prior treatments.
02 / Process Application method, bath conditions, curing window, equipment and downstream lamination or coating steps.
03 / Functional target Water repellency, hand feel, durability, wind protection, breathability, stretch or combined function.
04 / Evidence need Target market, test method, document language, restricted-substance requirements and customer approval stage.

Evidence before promotion

Claims follow the product and version.

DEZEO separates platform positioning from product-specific proof. Public descriptions do not replace a current technical document or project validation.

01 DOC

Controlled documents

TDS, SDS and compliance information are supplied by product grade, region, language and document version.

02 LAB

Application evidence

Performance depends on substrate, formulation and process. Test data must match the intended use and method.

03 REL

Release discipline

Development directions and combined functions are promoted only when the applicable evidence is ready for review.

Prepare a useful inquiry

Four inputs move the discussion forward.

A fabric swatch and a clear process description usually reveal more than a generic request for a high-performance product.
