Repellency is not automatically waterproofness.
Water-repellent finishing describes resistance to surface wetting. Waterproofness is used only where a barrier construction and supporting method justify it.
Application development
DEZEO connects chemistry, textile finishing and process transfer around the substrate, performance target and evidence required for each project.
01 / Development workflow
The workflow makes the next decision clear at every stage. Product names enter only after the substrate, process window and required performance have been defined.
Stage 01
We begin with the substrate, construction, existing process, target function and the test or buyer requirement that will decide success.
Stage 02
The team screens the relevant material system, compatible auxiliaries and formulation window without treating one grade as universal across different fabrics.
Stage 03
Application trials consider bath composition, pick-up, drying, curing and interactions with the mill's existing finishing sequence.
Stage 04
Results are interpreted with the substrate, method, unit, conditioning and durability cycle attached. A result outside those conditions is not generalized.
Stage 05
Before scale-up, the parties align critical parameters, change-control points and the documentation version used for the production trial.
02 / Working principles
DEZEO's public language follows the same discipline as application development: the chemistry category, product scope and test condition remain visible.
Water-repellent finishing describes resistance to surface wetting. Waterproofness is used only where a barrier construction and supporting method justify it.
The Jiaxing Haiyan base is dedicated to fluorine-free production. This manufacturing scope is not used to imply that every product in the wider DEZEO sales system is fluorine-free.
Substrate, process, test method and durability condition travel with the result. Project data is not converted into an unconditional portfolio claim.
Technical data, application guidance and compliance statements must be requested and reviewed in their current approved version.
03 / Evidence levels
The website introduces platforms and development routes. Product selection and performance decisions move into controlled documents and project-specific validation.
Brand architecture, application direction, manufacturing scope and technical working principles.
Orientation, discovery and initial project qualification.
PublicApproved technical data, application notes, compliance information and revision-specific guidance.
Grade review and formulation discussion with the current document version.
ControlledResults generated for a named substrate, process, method and agreed condition.
Customer decision, scale-up preparation and project release.
Project04 / Project inputs
A fabric swatch alone rarely explains the full finishing problem. Four inputs let the technical team begin from the correct boundary.
Fiber composition, weave or knit, weight, color and previous treatment.
Application method, bath components, pick-up, drying, curing and equipment constraints.
Required function, benchmark, test method, durability condition and pass criteria.
Target market, compliance request, timeline, trial quantity and production scale.
Technical collaboration
Share the material, process and validation target. DEZEO will help frame the relevant system and the next evidence needed.
