Translation control
DEZEO uses water repellency and water-repellent agent / finish for surface repellency. Waterproof is reserved for material-level water blocking or hydrostatic-pressure contexts. Moisture permeability is described according to the actual test context.
Evidence boundary
One claim does not travel everywhere.
A valid statement must remain connected to the chemistry, product grade, substrate, processing route, test method, market and document version that support it.
Chemistry
Fluorine-free, C6 and C8 source materials are kept in separate document and promotional routes.
Application
Finishing, coating, spray and resin-addition routes require different processing and evidence contexts.
Method
Water repellency, hydrostatic pressure, moisture permeability, wind resistance and durability are different validation dimensions.
Release
Only the current approved document may support external evaluation or promotional language.
Important terminology boundary
“Fluorine-free” describes the applicable product system. It does not automatically equal every regulatory or customer definition of “PFAS-free”. Market-specific statements require the applicable evidence and document review.
