2024–2026 / Fluorine-free DWR industry series
DEZEO carries forward Dymatic's water-repellency expertise and is the only DWR manufacturer continuously involved in the white-paper series from 2024 to 2026.

The inaugural edition maps the fluorine-free transition and the industry's initial development agenda.

The second edition connects market expectations, chemistry routes and application evaluation.

The current edition focuses on practical transition, manufacturing and application-validation questions.
Information architecture
Public content explains the system. Controlled documents support product evaluation. Project evidence confirms a specific material, method and version.
Brand architecture, product-family orientation, application language, terminology and general selection logic.
TDS, SDS, grade information, recommended processing routes and product-selection material.
Test reports, compliance statements, sample records and customer-specific validation information.
Available without a document request.
Current controlled file supplied after scope review.
Evidence depends on material, method or customer project.
Not ready for external release or promotion.
Find the relevant route
The library does not present placeholder downloads. Select a system and document type, then request the current applicable file.
How DEZEO, ZEODRY, QOMO-TEX, ZERO-WIND, Polyurethane Materials, Water Repellency+ and DEDRY relate to one another.
A controlled selection route based on substrate, application process, functional target, destination market and required evidence.
Current grade information and application guidance for ZEODRY water-repellent finishing, supplied according to textile, process and evaluation target.
Public guidance distinguishing water repellency, waterproof performance and the role of method, wash condition and substrate in interpreting results.
ZERO-WIND is the QOMO-TEX high-stretch windproof and breathable series. Evidence is supplied against the selected textile construction and test route.
Base-coat, top-coat and moisture-permeable polyurethane resin information for direct coating and related textile coating routes.
Controlled product information for the TG-2540 and TG-9216B waterborne polyurethane grades in the current source set.
Fluorine-free T-1020B / T-1030A documents are separated from C6 T-1510 / T-1520 and the C8 T-1619A source. The latter groups are not part of the fluorine-free system.
DEDRY is an independent C6 fluorinated product line. Its product and compliance files are released separately and are never represented as fluorine-free.
Project evidence is matched to product grade, batch or sample where applicable, substrate, test method, market, issue date and document version.
Reset the filters or send a technical request so the team can identify the correct document path.
Application and procurement guides
These public guidance routes help technical, sourcing and brand teams define the project before controlled documents are released.
Separate chemistry selection, restricted-substance evidence, supply-chain control and project qualification.
Distinguish surface repellency from hydrostatic-pressure resistance and complete material construction.
Define substrate, process, test method, durability state and release criteria before scale-up.
Know when to request a TDS, SDS, declaration, test report or project-specific evidence package.
Connect supplier identity, grade, version, sample, method, market and change-control records.
G11 public product index
Five application series and nine product roles. Public descriptions support orientation; current TDS and SDS remain controlled.
Evidence boundary
A valid statement must remain connected to the chemistry, product grade, substrate, processing route, test method, market and document version that support it.
Fluorine-free, C6 and C8 source materials are kept in separate document and promotional routes.
Finishing, coating, spray and resin-addition routes require different processing and evidence contexts.
Water repellency, hydrostatic pressure, moisture permeability, wind resistance and durability are different validation dimensions.
Only the current approved document may support external evaluation or promotional language.
“Fluorine-free” describes the applicable product system. It does not automatically equal every regulatory or customer definition of “PFAS-free”. Market-specific statements require the applicable evidence and document review.
Controlled document request
Provide enough context for the technical team to identify the correct product, language, version and evidence route.
Select the resource or describe the document need.
Share the substrate, process, market and evaluation stage.
DEZEO confirms the applicable controlled file or next validation step.
Not sure which file you need?
Share the substrate, process and target. The technical team can identify the relevant system before releasing a document that may not fit the project.
